| Once your order has been placed and confirmed, delivery typically takes 2–6 business days. Standard shipping includes curbside or threshold delivery, and it is the customer’s responsibility to bring the flooring inside. |

| If your order includes custom fabrication — such as stair nosing or moldings — please allow an additional 7–10 business days for production. |

Returns Policy
